Tammy Cappadonna Kloss LPCC-S
Co-Owner, Mental Health Provider
I currently focus my practice in helping individuals (children/adolescent and adults) and couples to overcome anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship struggles, life/family changes, and parenting issues. The goal is for each person to use self-compassion and personal connection in learning how to identify strengths and resilience to face the challenges of life.
My approach to therapy is all about compassion, therapeutic connection and clients learning how to identify strengths and resilience to face the challenges of life. I believe that life may not get “easier”, but it can get better with awareness and skills. I work with clients to help them identify desires and empower them to make those positive changes.
Through the therapeutic process, I remain an active therapist, combining experience, education, creativity, and sense of humor within a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment.

Kaitlyn Gerhardt, LPCC
As a holistic mental health clinician I specialize in working with adults and I am passionate about helping individuals get to know themselves on a deeper level and work towards becoming the ultimate version of themselves. I like to take a solution focused approach and work side by side with my clients to problem solve the best ways to achieve their goals. I also have my certification in EMDR therapy which I use to help clients rewire their brains by reprocessing and unblocking memories that are currently impacting their daily lives.
I am open to seeing clients virtually and in person to begin to guide the process through mental health struggles, triggers, understanding their world, and helping to heal their mind, body, and spirit. I believe it is important to assist clients in increasing their level of self-awareness, creating boundaries in their lives, and to developing resilience to overcome obstacles. By doing so, I take a specific look into client's eating habits, sleep hygiene, self-esteem, and physical activity in order to gain a better understanding of their functioning.
Safety and confidentiality are high priorities with each client along with building a trusting therapeutic relationship that will be individualized to cater to your specific needs.
